In what order?

1. Choose a programme and check its admission requirements on the institution's website.
2. Apply to the institution (or through the country's official platform) and obtain an admission.
3. Gather the evidence required by the immigration authority: financial resources, insurance, documents.
4. Apply for the visa or study permit on the official website, then attend the appointment (often at an authorised visa centre).
5. Wait for the authority's decision: it alone decides, and it can refuse even with an admission.

An authorised visa centre receives applications and biometrics: it does not make the decision and cannot speed it up.
