Data we collect

For an account: email address, display name, preferred language, saved scholarships. For organization representatives: organization details and the supporting documents provided for verification. You can browse listings without an account.

How we use it

To provide the service, verify organizations, prevent fraud, and send you the necessary emails and the reminders you asked for. No data is sold or passed to Nematek's commercial activities.

Retention

Deleted accounts: anonymised 30 days after the request. Never-confirmed accounts: deleted after 30 days. Verification documents: deleted 12 months after the case closes.

Cookies

We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Technical cookies: session and CSRF protection (login, forms), chosen language, and “avenir_last_search”, which remembers your last scholarship search filters for 30 days so you can resume your search.

Your rights

From your account you can download your data and delete your account. For any other request, contact us.
